Reservamo-nos o direito de alterar, rever, atualizar, suspender, descontinuar ou modificar os Servi\u00e7os em qualquer altura ou por qualquer motivo, sem aviso pr\u00e9vio. Essas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es informais t\u00eam in\u00edcio mediante notifica\u00e7\u00e3o escrita de uma Parte \u00e0 outra Parte. <\/span><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_2\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><strong><h3>Arbitragem vinculativa<\/h3><\/strong><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt><\/span><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\">Qualquer lit\u00edgio resultante das rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre as Partes nas presentes Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Jur\u00eddicas ser\u00e1 resolvido por um \u00e1rbitro, escolhido em conformidade com o Regulamento de Arbitragem e o Regulamento Interno do Tribunal Europeu de Arbitragem, que faz parte do Centro Europeu de Arbitragem com sede em Estrasburgo, em vigor no momento da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do pedido de arbitragem e cuja ado\u00e7\u00e3o da presente cl\u00e1usula constitui aceita\u00e7\u00e3o. A sede da arbitragem \u00e9 a seguinte   <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\">Braga<\/bdt>,  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\">Portugal<\/bdt><bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt>. Na medida m\u00e1xima permitida por lei, (a) nenhuma arbitragem ser\u00e1 associada a qualquer outro processo; (b) n\u00e3o existe qualquer direito ou autoridade para que qualquer Lit\u00edgio seja arbitrado numa base de a\u00e7\u00e3o colectiva ou para <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>utilizar os procedimentos de a\u00e7\u00e3o colectiva de<bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt>; e (c) n\u00e3o existe qualquer direito ou autoridade para que qualquer Lit\u00edgio seja apresentado numa pretensa capacidade representativa em nome do p\u00fablico em geral ou de quaisquer outras pessoas.   <\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_2\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><strong><h3>Excep\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s negocia\u00e7\u00f5es informais e \u00e0 arbitragem<\/h3><\/strong> <bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt><\/div><div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>As Partes acordam que os seguintes lit\u00edgios n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es acima referidas relativas \u00e0s negocia\u00e7\u00f5es informais e \u00e0 arbitragem vinculativa: (a) quaisquer lit\u00edgios que visem fazer cumprir ou proteger, ou relativos \u00e0 validade de, quaisquer direitos de propriedade intelectual de uma Parte; (b) quaisquer lit\u00edgios relacionados com, ou resultantes de, alega\u00e7\u00f5es de roubo, pirataria, invas\u00e3o de privacidade ou <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o autorizada de<bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt>; e (c) qualquer pedido de medida cautelar. NA MEDIDA M\u00c1XIMA PERMITIDA POR LEI, REJEITAMOS TODAS AS GARANTIAS, EXPRESSAS OU IMPL\u00cdCITAS, RELACIONADAS COM OS SERVI\u00c7OS E A TUA UTILIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS MESMOS, INCLUINDO, SEM LIMITA\u00c7\u00c3O, AS GARANTIAS IMPL\u00cdCITAS DE COMERCIALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O, ADEQUA\u00c7\u00c3O A UM DETERMINADO FIM E N\u00c3O INFRAC\u00c7\u00c3O.
