Top Floor Apartment
The top floor apartment (more than 180 m2) has its own entrance via an external staircase. It has a large balcony (more than 7.30 m2) overlooking the garden and the stone table area (with outdoor kitchen including barbecue and log oven), where you can enjoy a superb view over the Cávado valley.
This apartment has 2 large suites, each consisting of a bedroom (king size double bed: 180x200cm) with ensuite bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed.

The double beds and a double sofa bed feature memory foam mattresses and/or toppers for extra comfort.
There is also a main living room with fireplace, sofas and fibre optic television and internet streaming, dining room, library and kitchen (67 m2). The library can easily be converted into a third bedroom with a double sofa bed (king size with memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort) with the help of screens. There is also a third bathroom with a hot tub (10 m2).
The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils (fridge, microwave, oven, electric grill, electric hob, extractor, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines (espresso and filter), dishwasher and washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, dishes, etc.).
There are additional beds to be used, if necessary.
