Ground Floor Apartment

This apartment is comfortable and spacious (more than 130 m2), with a magnificent view over the Cávado valley. It has its own entrance and a large outdoor patio (more than 42.5 m2).

The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom with a double bed (with Ikea memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort) + a sofa bed.

It has 2 bathrooms: 1 complete bathroom + 1 bathroom with sauna/steam bath/shower with massage and wash basin.

It also comprises a large living room/dining room with a double sofa bed (with an Ikea memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort) that can easily be converted into a third bedroom with the help of screens and a bar with a kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric grill, electric hob, extractor fan, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines (espresso and filter), dishwasher and washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, serving dishes , etc.
