Ground Floor Apartment

This apartment is comfortable and spacious (more than 130 m2), with a magnificent view over the Cávado valley. It has its own entrance and a large outdoor patio (more than 42.5 m2).

The apartment has a bedroom with a king size double bed (180x200cm) + a sofa bed, and another bedroom with 2 three-quarter beds.

There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bathtub, 2 wash basins, plenty of storage space and a bidé. The second bathroom has a shower cabin with massage, one wash basin and a storage cabinet. Both have hardryers available.

It also comprises a large living room/dining room, with the possibility of being partly converted into a third bedroom with the help of screens.

The appartment includes a bar with a kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric grill, electric hob, extractor fan, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machines (espresso and filter), dishwasher and washing machine, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, serving dishes , etc.

There are additional beds to be used, if necessary.
